Our company trains up to three apprentices a year. In addition to
attending the theoretical and practical courses at Forst Sixth-Form
College and the Deutsche Bahn AG training workshop in Cottbus,
our apprentices also have an opportunity to acquaint themselves
with our work both at our manufacturing plant and in direct contact
with our clients.
After completing a 3-year apprenticeship and passing an examination
as a “mechatronician”, each prospective employee takes
the final practical test in a specialised course at BAHSIG to be
trained as a switching or signal engineer.
We have made it our goal to employ all our apprentices after they
have completed their training.
